Deposition and record summaries
A 300-page transcript is not usable in a hearing. We summarise it in the format your team works from, index it by issue and witness, and table every place a witness contradicts themselves or another witness, with page and line for each.
What the work involves
Page-line summaries for precise cite-checking during examination.
Topical summaries grouped by issue, for case strategy and motions.
Narrative summaries that read as a continuous account of the testimony.
Contradiction and admission tables across multiple deponents.
Exhibit references matched to the testimony that introduced them.

Turnaround
Two to three working days per transcript; multi-deponent sets are delivered on a rolling schedule.
Standard turnaround is three to five working days for a research, chronology or summary packet, with rush handling available on written confirmation. Larger review projects run to a schedule agreed before work starts.

Questions we are asked
- Which summary format should we ask for?
- Page-line for cross-examination preparation, topical for motions and strategy, narrative for client and carrier reporting. Tell us the use and we will recommend one.
- Can you summarise records other than transcripts?
- Yes — hearing records, employment files, inspection reports and correspondence sets are digested the same way.
