A demand package is where the record becomes an argument. We assemble the whole thing: the liability narrative written from the documents, the treatment chronology, a damages schedule that adds up, and an exhibit appendix indexed and tabbed so an adjuster can follow it without hunting.

Turnaround
Five working days for a complete file, or three when the chronology already exists.
Standard turnaround is three to five working days for a research, chronology or summary packet, with rush handling available on written confirmation. Larger review projects run to a schedule agreed before work starts.

06 · Two-Round Internal Review
An independent accuracy review, then an editorial quality review, before anything is delivered.
07 · Delivery
Delivered on the agreed date with a delivery note confirming internal clearance.
08 · Revisions & Payment
One included revision round; final files released on payment (standard 14 days).
09 · Closure & Archive
All project materials archived securely under our records retention policy.

- No. We prepare the supported damages schedule and the narrative; the demand figure is a legal judgement that stays with you.
- Will it sound like our firm?
- Send two prior demands and we write to that voice. Most firms are satisfied by the second matter.
