Our LPO services
Each service has its own page setting out what it is, what you receive, who it suits and what we do not do.
Case investigation reports
A single structured document that turns a raw intake file into a decision-ready view of liability, damages and evidentiary gaps.
Read moreMedical chronologies
A dated, cited treatment timeline built from the medical record, with provider index, gaps in care and causation-relevant entries pulled forward.
Read moreDemand packages
A complete pre-litigation demand assembled from the file — narrative, chronology, damages schedule and tabbed exhibits — drafted for your signature.
Read moreLitigation research and drafting
Research memoranda, motion and brief drafts and case-law surveys, prepared with inline citations for counsel's review and signature.
Read moreDeposition and record summaries
Transcripts and record sets reduced to the format you actually use at trial — page-line, topical or narrative — with contradictions tabled.
Read moreDocument review at scale
A reviewed team working your protocol across large document sets: responsiveness, privilege and issue coding with quality sampling on every batch.
Read moreContract review and abstraction
Contract portfolios reduced to a structured register — key dates, obligations, clause positions and deviations from your playbook.
Read moreImmigration research support
Country-conditions research, declaration drafts, evidence indexes and RFE research for immigration boutiques and immigration desks.
Read moreA documented process
Every OASIS engagement follows a documented, nine-stage Standard Operating Procedure that governs how research is conducted, how documents are reviewed internally, and how work is approved before it reaches you.

02 · Scoping
Objectives, deliverables, timeline and constraints are documented in a written Scope Note.
03 · Proposal
A written proposal within three working days — scope, methodology, timeline and fee.
04 · Agreement
A Master Confidentiality and Project Agreement is executed before any work begins.
05 · Research & Drafting
Carried out by a named analyst under the OASIS Dual Verification Standard — significant claims verified across independent sources.
06 · Two-Round Internal Review
An independent accuracy review, then an editorial quality review, before anything is delivered.
07 · Delivery
Delivered on the agreed date with a delivery note confirming internal clearance.
08 · Revisions & Payment
One included revision round; final files released on payment (standard 14 days).
09 · Closure & Archive
All project materials archived securely under our records retention policy.

Common questions
- What is legal process outsourcing?
- Legal process outsourcing is the practice of a law firm or in-house legal team delegating defined, document-heavy work — research, chronologies, summaries, drafting and review — to an external provider that delivers it for the firm's review and signature. It is support work, not legal representation.
- Is OASIS a law firm?
- No. OASIS is a research and drafting provider. We do not give legal advice, represent clients or appear before any tribunal. Every deliverable is prepared for review and adoption by admitted counsel.
- How is confidentiality handled?
- A Master Confidentiality and Project Agreement is executed before work begins. Matter files are segregated, access is limited to the named team on the matter, and materials are archived under our records retention policy.
- What does a typical engagement cost?
- Research and drafting work is quoted per matter, because cost depends on record volume, practice area and turnaround. You receive a written proposal with scope, methodology, timeline and fee within three working days of scoping.
- How quickly can you deliver?
- Standard turnaround is three to five working days for a research, chronology or summary packet, with rush handling available on written confirmation. Larger review projects run to a schedule agreed before work starts.
