Every legal matter follows five connected stages: Client, Assigned person, Approved tools, Authorised QA and Delivery. Access stays with the named delivery team and authorised reviewer; your attorney retains professional control.
01 · Client
Share the task, source documents, jurisdiction, template and deadline through the agreed email, WhatsApp or secure drive channel. We confirm scope, conflicts and confidentiality before access is granted.
02 · Assigned person
A paralegal suited to the work is assigned with a named reviewer. Round-the-clock team coverage supports your matter; handovers stay within the authorised team. Your agreed contact channel keeps instructions and progress together.
03 · Approved tools
The paralegal researches, drafts and checks against the source material. AI assistance is used only where appropriate and authorised, after licensing, confidentiality and retention checks. Citations and material claims are re-verified by a person.
04 · Authorised QA
Our Quality Checker department is available around the clock alongside assigned work. Only authorised reviewers access matter files. They check accuracy, completeness and instructions; work that does not pass returns for correction. Timing depends on complexity, not a promise of instant approval.
05 · Delivery
Approved work is delivered through the agreed channel with source references and outstanding questions. Your attorney retains control of legal advice, strategy, filing and signature. Revisions and retention follow the signed agreement.
Paralegal team coverage and authorised QA are available 24/7. The delivery timeline is agreed for the actual task, record volume and complexity. Round-the-clock support never removes verification or review.
