Work is delivered for your review. You retain full professional control: you edit, adopt and sign, and nothing we prepare is filed, sent or represented as our own. Where a deliverable relies on a judgement that belongs to counsel — merits, demand figures, privilege calls, eligibility opinions — we escalate it to you rather than decide it.

- How long before we hear back on an enquiry?
- We reply within one business day. We confirm the scope, access, confidentiality and assigned team before work begins. Round-the-clock coverage supports assigned work; the delivery timeline is agreed for the actual task.
- What happens before work begins?
- A Scope Note records objectives, deliverables, timeline and constraints, and a Master Confidentiality and Project Agreement is executed. No drafting starts before both are in place.
- How many revisions are included?
- Revision scope is agreed for your matter. Work that does not meet internal QA acceptance returns for correction before delivery.
